Ich finde Maddie the Coonhound einfach nur toll und den Besitzer, Theron Humphrey klasse. Hier gibt es nun endlich auch mal einen kleinen Film, in dem man die beiden sehen kann. Theron und Maddie sind noch auf ihrer Buchvorstellungsreise durch 50 Staaten der USA. Und auf dieser Tour werden sie noch eine ganze Zeit lang sein. Unterwegs entstehen die Aufnahmen und Interviews für das Projekt Why we rescue. Damit stellt Humphrey Theron in jedem der 50 Bundestaaten, die er besucht, einen Fall von Tierrettung vor. Sieben hat er schon vorgestellt, eines ist in Vorbereitung, 62 weitere stehen noch aus.
Das Buch Maddie on Things: A Super Serious Project about Dogs and Physicshabe ich schon direkt zum Veröffentlichungstermin bekommen. Leider lebe ich nicht in den USA und leider führt die Buchtour die beiden auch nicht durch das Sauerland. So muss ich auf die Autogramme von Theron (Signatur) und Maddie (Pfotenabdruck) leider verzichten.
